Trip of a Lifetime to Beijing
Art, Photography and Fashion students at St Ambrose Barlow Sixth Form took part in the trip of a lifetime to Beijing!
The students travelled to the Chinese capital where they were able to immerse themselves in the culture of this amazing place. The students enjoyed a number of the top sights and attractions and were able to absorb the colours and atmosphere of the city from an artistic point of view.
Experiences included climbing the Great Wall of China, taking a tour of the Changling Tomb (one of the Ming Tombs, a collection of mausoleums built by the emperors of the Ming dynasty of China) and visits to the Temple of Heaven, Tiananmen Square, the oldest Teahouse in Beijing, and the Birds Nest Olympic Stadium.
The students all had an fantastic time and were an absolute credit to the college.
