Online Payments

ParentPay

There will be no money handled by the finance department or catering staff in school.  Payments for trips, revision guides, lockers and cafeteria can be made via ParentPay.

If you have not used the ParentPay website before or previously registered at another school, please e-mail the finance office on stambrosefinance@salford.gov.uk to request an activation code or to request a PayPoint card for instructions on how to make payments at a local PayPoint store.

Please visit ParentPay and activate your account via the Account login area on the home page of the site. ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away.

If you already have a ParentPay account, with another ParentPay school, you can simply login to that account and add your child via the Add a child tab on your home page. You will need an activation code to do this.

If you wish to make cafeteria payments by cash or card at a local PayPoint store, please contact the finance office to request the option at stambrosefinance@salford.gov.uk.  A plastic payment card will be issued, the first card is free of charge: however, any replacement cards will be charged.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your payment to be credited via the PayPoint network.

Trips and other payment items are also available to view and pay via ParentPay or you can request a barcode letter to make cash or card payments at a local PayPoint store.

Your local PayPoint store can be found at https://consumer.paypoint.com/

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us at stambrosefinance@salford.gov.uk
