Be Ambitious for the
Higher Gifts

(St. Paul 12:31)

Partnership with Parents,
Carers, Parishes & Community

Our school has been rooted in its community since it was founded in 1955.  The links between home, school and parish is central to any Catholic school – we are aprt of the village that raises each child.  There are many families who have a long-standing association with us, many staff have children at our school, went to the school or use to send their children to us.  We enjoy good relationships with primary schools, churches, community groups and employers.

As we continue to develop we are revitalising our Parent Council and are always looking for opportunities to get involved in local life.

  • Parents, Carers and Family Members

  • There are many opportunities for you to be involved in school life.  These include:

  • The Parent Council

  • Attending performances, progress and information evenings and sports events

  • Offering to volunteer on trips or in school

  • Becoming a parent governor

We work closely with a number of groups who represent parents, carers and families, in particular SIASS.
